When an Employee Moves Between Items on an ePerformance Document, the Rating and the Numeric Rating Displayed Don't Always Match

Symptoms
On an ePerformance Document that uses numeric ratings, when there are multiple Items in a Section, the employee enters Ratings moving from one Item to the next using < >. If the employee returns to an Item for which they have already provided a Rating, the Numeric Rating that is displayed is the one for the last Item rated, not the Numeric Rating for the Rating on the Item being viewed.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee navigates to an evaluation (Navigation: Employee Self Service homepage > Performance tile, select Evaluation).
2. For the first Item, an employee enters a Rating for which the Numeric Rating is 5.
3. Employee moves to the next Item and enters a Rating for which the Numeric Rating is 1.
4. Employee moves back to the first Item.
5. The correct Rating displays but shows a Numeric Rating of 1.
