Symptoms

Timesheet daily header not updating correctly after schedule is applied and when modified.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Manager Self Service > Team Time Tile
2. Open Employee's Enter Time page
3. Apply Schedule. The headers show 0 of 8 instead of 8 of 8
4. Change one day of the scheduled time and tab out see issue.  The header shows -4 of 8 instead of 4 of 8
