ETL 9.2 Punches Saving On The Wrong Date When Navigating From Weekly Time Entry To Report Time

Symptoms
When reporting punches using Weekly Time Entry to Report Time page, punches are saved to wrong date.
Steps to replicate:
1. Login as Employee. Navigate to Employee Self Service -> Time ->Weekly Time Entry. Select a date other than today (e.g. future date).
2. Navigate back to Today's date so you can enter a punch.
3. Punch is saved on the Date first selected (e.g. future date)
