Symptoms
DEPT_FULLSYNC messages failing on CRM side when processing the header message.
Field is required.
You have left a field empty and a value must be entered.
You have left a field empty and a value must be entered.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In HCM, submit the full data publish for DEPT_FULLSYNC from navigation: Enterprise Components > Integration Definitions > Initiate Processes > Full Data Publish
2. In CRM, check the messages from PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Monitoring > Monitor Asynchronous Services
