Symptoms
When attempting to add or update records on the TCSI Commonwealth Scholarships Page, the following error occurs when attempting to save the page:
Class Record method GetField field PREF_LAST_NAME is invalid. (2,273) HCR_NAME.NameFormat.OnExecute Name:ClearUnusedNameFields PCPC:5787 Statement:101

The field name has been used as a parameter of the specified method. It is not valid for the current object.
Use the PeopleCode Debugger or a PeopleCode trace to determine the point of the error, and correct the program.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Navigate to Records and Enrolment > Enrolment Reporting > AUS Regulatory Reporting > TCSI Commonwealth Scholarships.
- Choose 'Add' and populate the data on the search page and main page.
- Click 'Save' button after completing entry, and note the error displayed on the page.
