Clickable Area Decreased for Groupboxes in View Details Page

Symptoms
In Fluid Job Data View page, we can only expand other sections if we keep Work Location section expanded.
The user should be able to click on Job Information & Labor Information and expand the section easily
Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to PIA as PS/PS
2.Access Workforce Administrator homepage > Manage Human Resources > Manage Job
3.Search for emplid HXCMPUSA6 in correct history mode
4.In Job Actions Summary grid, click on chevron against top row
5.In View Details page, click on Work Location groupbox
