Symptoms
When Terminated Employee is Proxy assigned to approve Payable Time, Approval shows blank User ID.
Steps to replicate:
1. Login as Manager and Create delegation. ?Navigation: Employee Self Service -> Delegation-> Create Delegation
2. Login as Proxy and Accept the Delegation
3. Login as Administrator and terminate the Proxy from Job Data.
4. Now see the Payable Time Transactions assigned to Proxy for Approval
