Plan Type 1X Changes Are Not Retained When Reopening Plan Card After Election (Doc ID 2985038.1)

Symptoms

When a user goes into any Plan 1X tile they are offered selections to choose a different benefit plan. When a new plan is chosen and the user clicks 'Done', they are brought back to the main screen and they are presented with  'Current' coverage and 'New' coverage on the plan tile. If the user opens the Plan 1X tile again, the selection shows the 'Current' coverage and not the most recently selected 'New' coverage.

All other plan tiles behave as expected and retain the most recent 'New' coverage selected when reopening the plan card.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Employee Self-Service => Benefit Details => Open Enrollment tile.
2. Click on the Medical tile and select a new Benefit Plan. Click Done button.
3. Medical tile correctly shows Current and New Elections.
4. Click on the Medical tile again.
5. Details page shows old Benefit Plan as selected.
