Waiver Amount Is Not Getting Applied in the Student Account , After the Item Type Changed on the Term Fee (Doc ID 2985288.1)

Symptoms

When running the tuition calculation process, the student waiver is not applied correctly to all students. The process may work as expected for one student or a small number. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Student Financials > Tuition and Fees > Tuition Calculation for an Emplid. 
  2. Click the Calculate Tuition and Fees button.
  3. Navigate to Student Financials, View Customer Account and verify the account details.
