Return to Search Values is not Working as Expected on Certain Components in People Tools 8.60.09 (Doc ID 2985874.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on return to search in certain components like "Request Advisement Report" or "Maintain Schedule of Classes", the search values are filled with the existing data, there are some wrong values that have to remove to get results on the search.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Request Advisement Report.
  2. Enter the Search fields and click on search button..
  3. Click in "Return to search".
  4. Search values are filled and note the Report Sequence get the default value 0, where the existing Report Sequence is 1.
  5. When clicking on search, observe the "no matching values found".
  6. Users need to remove the Report Sequence = 0 and search again.
  7. Same behavior in "Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Maintain Schedule of Classes"
  8. Enter the search values and click in search button.
  9. Click in Return to search.
  10.  Search values are filled and note the Course Offering Nbr get the default value 0, where the existing Course Offering Nbr is 1.
  11. When clicking on search, observe the "no matching values found".
  12. Users need to remove the Course Offering Nbr = 0.
