Symptoms
Direct Reports Table Build failing after Image update to PUM 47 . Customer has license to hr-core but they do not have license to Talent Acquisition Management product
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup HCM > Common Definitions > Direct Reports for manager > direct reports table build
2. Direct Reports Tables Build Errors
