Symptoms
When attempting to open the Leave Plan enrollment for an employee with Benefit Record Number 1, the following error is occurring:
ERROR

No matching buffer found for level (15,26)
-----------------------
No matching buffer found for level (15,26)
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Benefits > Enroll in Benefits > Leave Plans.
2. Enter the EMPLID and EMPL_RCD 1 for the employee.
3. Select the Search button.
4. When attempting to open that record, the error displays on the screen.
