Accessibility Text ( Descriptive Text ) Is Missing For Change Button Under The View My Classes And Search Class and Enroll (Doc ID 2986831.1)

While hovering on the Change button, user is unable to see any descriptive/alternative text under the View My Classes and the Class Search and Enroll Page


The descriptive text should show per WCAG 2.0 Guidelines - Guideline 1.1: Provide text alternatives for any non-text content so that it can be changed into other forms people need, such as large print, braille, speech, symbols or simpler language.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Student
2  Navigate to Manage Classes > View My Classes or Class Search and Enroll
3. Hover over the Change icon in upper left
4. Note no descriptive text is available.
