When calculating INAS for a Non-Custodial Parent (NCP) Application (HHB or HHA/HHB) the NCP calculation does not calculate a parent contribution for the non-custodial parent.  Additionaly, if using the IM Extension record is opened to override values, the following error occurs after clicking the INAS button.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Financial Aid -> Institutional Application Data -> Maintain Application 2024-2025
2. Enter EMPLID for a student with an HHA/HHB or HHB Only record
3. Once on the page, click the INAS NCP button
4. Review the Non-Custodial Parent Computation Summary at the bottom of the Computation Results tab and note there is no values in the computation fields.
5. Now click on the IM link on the top of the page, and click on the Override Institutional EFC link.

6. Enter a value in the Academic SC and or Academic PC field and click ok, then click OK to get back to the main page.

7. Click the INAS button and click OK to allow the calculation and note the error returned.
