Symptoms

After having  set up Health Center with Logstash following the steps as described in E-PHC: How to Install Logstash and Configure PeopleSoft Health Center For PeopleTools 8.58 And Above? (Doc ID 2667375.1) and E-PHC: How To Monitor Multiple Environments Using the Existing Health Center Setup for PeopleTools 8.58 and Above? (Doc ID 2835047.1), only one environment was showing in Health Center (navigation PeopleTools -> Health Center -> Health Center page) namely the monitoring environment but not the monitored environments.
The PSPMAGENT and PS_PTPMJMXUSER tables were populated in the monitoring Database with the correct information.
One also  ran the CreateJason script in Logstash and the json files were created as per the documents.
