Generated FWS XML File Fails Validation Against Schema for BirthDate (Doc ID 2987952.1)

When validating the Federal Work-Study (FWS) generated XML, it failed validation with the following error:

The element 'index' has an invalid child element

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run validation in xml using XML Notepad
