E-PIA: Unable to Edit Saved Search on Search Components/Pages on PT 8.60 (Doc ID 2988277.1)

Symptoms

When trying to edit a 'Saved Search' on PT 8.60, there is no option available to change the search criteria. The only choices are rename or delete.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to a Search page. For example: Payables Operations Homepage > Payables > My Vouchers > Add/View Vouchers.

2. On the Saved Search field, click on the button to 'Edit' saved search.
