E-CI/ExcelToCI: Getting "Cannot find Component Interface {XXX} (91,2)" Downloading a CI Template (Doc ID 2988314.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to download the Component Interface (CI) Template in ExcelToCI, the following error is seen by the user.

"Cannot find Component Interface {VENDOR_ID} (91,2)"

 

Replication Steps:

1. Open the ExcelToCI spreadsheet, click on the Connection tab, add the connection information, and click on the Template tab.
2. Press the "New Template" button, enter the user credentials, the CI name above, and click Ok.
3. Observe the error above.

FSCM 9.20
