Goal

Minnesota Levy Garnishment rule does not have exemption for Minnesota state minimum wage.

We use the delivered MN/LEVY garnishment rule for Minnesota tax levy. The delivered rule does not have exemption for state minimum wage of $9.5. It only has the federal minimum wage exemption.

How is the rule supporting the state minimum wage of $9.50 for Minnesota?
