HCM: Users Cannot Search Match on the Field PREF_FIRST_NAME

Symptoms
From Search Match Rules for Search Type Person and Search Rule Code PSHR_10_SAVE, Cannot find/add the field PREF_FIRST_NAME to Search field list, because not available when use lookup Icon.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as HR Administrator
2. Navigate to Setup HCM -> System Administration -> Utilities -> Search/Match -> Search Match Rules
3. Search for Search Type = Person and Search Rule Code = PSHR_10_SAVE
4. In the Search field, click, use lookup Icon and search for PREF_FIRST_NAME, no results returned
