Symptoms
Copy Assets containing large quantities are not being saved in Peopletools 8.60
Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login to latest environment with Tools 8.60.03 version.
2) Navigate to Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Owned Assets > Copy Existing Asset.
3) Search for an existing asset.
4) Provide qty as 300 and add a description.
5) Click Create Assets.
6) Save the page.
Result: saving the page didn't created assets in PT 8.60.03, but it created in 8.59.13.
