When attempting to perform Global search from the PIA home screen, the following error is shown on the screen:

Error:

Search Exception: Failed to build document filter (262,2018)

Issue can be replicated following these steps:

1. Login to PeopleSoft PIA.
2. From the Global search, try to type a keyword and enter.
