Unable to prompt a specific employee using the prompt button on Grants Portal Global Access or GM Portal Security Access pages.

Replication steps:

  1. Navigate to Grants > Grants Portal > Security Access > Grants Portal Global Access or Navigation: Grants > Grants Portal Security Access > GM Portal Security Access.
  2. Attempt to prompt for an employee. Observe that the employee ID of the intended person is not displayed in the prompt, hence cannot be provided with portal access.
