Performance issue on SQL object SSR_HM_POST_UAOU from TCSI Student process SSR_HM_STDNT . It's executing at a rate of 11 secs per row.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Reporting > AUS Regulatory Reporting > TCSI > TCSI Student Data Process
2. Add a New Run Control ID
3. Enter the Details & Run the SSR_HM_STDNT AE Process
