E-IB: Can HttpListeningConnector Be Used For Ping/Connectivity Test (Doc ID 2989164.1)

Goal

When try to ping below URL in purpose to test connectivity, it return different result or error along tools releases (e.g. PT 8.59 v.s. PT 8.60...etc.).

http(s)://machine:port/PSIGW/HTTPListeningConnector

Why? and can it be used for ping test?
