Symptoms
After upgrading to PeopleTools (PT) 8.60, while using the web suppliers page to create requisitions, the page becomes blank after clicking on the "continue shopping" link.
Steps to replicate:

1. Log into PIA, and navigate to the "Create Requisition" tile.
2. Create a punchout requisition.
3. While on the supplier website, select an item and submit the order.
3. After the page returns to the eProcurment requisition, click on 'continue shopping'.
4. Observe that the page returns to a blank catalog, web supplier.
