Tabbing Out Of A Field Does Not Validate Value On The Student Program/Plan Page (Doc ID 2989707.1)

When tabbing on the program/plan page after manually entering a value, the value is not validated (via showing drop down list of the value) and the description does not change as well.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Records and Enrollment -> Career and Program -> Student Program Information
2. Query Student
3. Add a row
4. Type in FAU for the program and tab,
5. No validation shows for the value and the cursor moves to the magnifying glass
6. Tab again, still no validation and the description does not change from Liberal Arts to Fine Arts
7. Tab again, Cursor moves to Admit term, but still no validation on the program change or description change for the value typed in.

Note if you type in FAU and click the magnifying glass, the FAU value shows and you can select it and the correct value defaults.
