Symptoms

Getting error when filing the file with the state. I had to delete the new portion of the e_verify stuff that was delivered in 23-C. See the customers file showing the error returned by the state of FL. File

FL has confirmed that the E-Verify tags for name, date, and title should not be included in the XML file for a quarter in which the employer is not filing the First Return.
