 How to restrict Mangers to view current compensation for associates who used to report to them but no longer in current?

Steps to replicate:
---------------------------
1. Login as HR Admin,navigate to Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
2. Search Employee ID who is reporting to Supervisor ID=XXXX and add a New Effective Date Row with Action as Data Change
3. Change the Supervisor ID to YYYY and Save the Changes
4. Run the Direct Reports Table Build Process, Navigate to Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Direct Reports for Managers > Direct Reports Tables Build > Full-Mode
5. Login as Manager XXXX and Navigate to Manager Self Service Home Page > Fluid Total Rewards Tile
6. Verify the Compensation Summary
