CKE5: ePerformance Unable To Update The Comments In Rich Text Format When Copying a Text from a Word Document

Symptoms
When copying a text from a Word document, to the ePerformance document rich text editor, the formatting is not carried over.
The "Bold" formatting is copied, but the bullet points are not.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open an ePerformance document in a step where a field with a rich text editor exists.
Employee Self Service > Current Documents > Self Evaluation steps.
2. Copy a text from a Word document that has formatting like "Bold" or bullet points.
3. Paste the text in the RTE field, and notice that the Bold formatting is copied, but the bullet points are not.
