Symptoms
The "More Actions" button within the Fluid Approvals Details page displays nothing or only a horizontal line when users click on it.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager Self Service > Approvals tile
2. Select Pending Approvals to view details and click on More actions , a horizontal line displays
