User Registration Allows Invalid Characters in Password Without Sending Any Error Message (Doc ID 2990711.1)

Symptoms

User Registration Allows Invalid characters in password without sending any error message.  It is happening in Supplier and Employee Portal

The system allows the end user to enter invalid characters like spaces and ampersands in the password field and save the page, without receiving any errors. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login in Supplier Portal. Go to User Registration tile. Select Request A User id option.
2. Inform the Supplier id and TIN number. Add:
     USER ID: ‘USERBLANK’
     PASSWORD: ‘USER BLANK’
     and submit
3. New User Profile has been submitted for Approval without any error message saying:
    “No spaces are allowed in the New Password. (48,53) “
