E-SQR: SQR Cannot Email Attachment Using Client Certificate Authentication (Doc ID 2990740.1)

Symptoms

With Client Certificate Authentication enabled and setting in SMTP configuration; SQR cannot send PDF as an attachment.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > System Process Requests
2. Enter run control ID
3. Select "Cross Reference Window Listing / XRFWIN / SQR Report" Type = Email and Format = PDF
4. Process run to Error and No email is sent.
