ABMGT: Receive Warning "The duration of the absence is greater than one year" When Changing Default Begin Date On Request Absence Page

Symptoms
User receives "The duration of the absence is greater than one year" warning when changing the default begin date 90 days or more in the past on the Absence Request page.
Steps to reproduce:
- User signs into system.
- Click Time tile.
- Click Manage Absences Tile.
- In Request Absence section, the begin date defaults to 'today'.
- Change the date to 90 days or more but less than one year in the past.
- Receive the above (incorrect) warning.

This issue occurs after applying PUM 45, which introduced the new Manage Absences component.
