Requisition Is Showing With No Lines In My Requisition Tile After Punching Out Then Pressing on Home Button Not Check Out Button (Doc ID 2991031.1)

Symptoms


Requisitions on "My Requisition " tile are showing with no lines when punching out to any supplier website and adding item but not checking out and pressing on the home icon on the top right corner of the page.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to eProcurement > Create Requisition and punchout to supplier website.
  2. Add items to cart but don't check out.
  3. Press on the Home Icon on the right corner of the page.
  4. That will take you to the home page.
  5. Now navigate to eProcurement > My requisitions and edit any existing requisitions.
  6. Notice that the requisition will appear with no lines.
