Class Search Criteria Are Not Displayed On the Class Search Page After Installing Campus Solutions Update Image 30 (Doc ID 2991064.1)

Symptoms

Campus Solutions Class Search Criteria are not displayed on the Class Search page. This began after applying Update Image CS 9.2.030 and seems to be related to Bug 35132438.

It is expected the Class Search Criteria will be displayed on the Class Search page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login as PS / PS
  2. Navigate to Setup SACR > Product Related > Student Records > Curriculum Management > Class Search Configuration
  3. Search for and select Profile = STDNT
  4. Remove "Course Career" from Group 1
  5. Save
  6. Login as SSS_STUDENT / SSS_STUDENT
  7. Navigate to Self Service > Class Search:  Search Criteria not available
  8. Logout
  9. Login as PS / PS
  10. Navigate to Setup SACR > Product Related > Student Records > Curriculum Management > Class Search Configuration
  11. Search for and select Profile = STDNT
  12. Add Course Career to Group 1
  13. Save
  14. Logout
  15. Login as SSS_STUDENT / SSS_STUDENT
  16. Navigate to Self Service > Class Search
  17. Search Criteria visible

Update to Campus Solutions Product Image 9.2.030.
