Symptoms
The Budget Definition page just spins or hangs, and times out when a new effective dated row is created.
This only occurs when updating a Ledger Group which has a defined Parent Control Budget.
Steps to replicate:
1. Navigate to Budget Definitions page and add new effective dated row.
(Commitment Control > Define Control Budgets > Budget Definitions)
2. Answer 'Yes' to following pop up messages.
3. It will begin processing and eventually log you out of the system.
