Unable To Add Preferred Names To Existing Smart HR Templates

Symptoms
On the Smart HR Template> Template Section for Section ID: Name_01_ENG, the Add Field button is grayed out and you are unable to Add Preferred Names fields PREF_FIRST_NAME and LAST_NAME_PREF_NLD to an existing Smart HR Template
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Smart HR Template -Template Record/Field for Record Name: NAMES (Navigation: Set Up HCM> Workforce Administration> Smart HR Template> Template Record/Field
2. Verify that Preferred Names fields PREF_FIRST_NAME and LAST_NAME_PREF_NLD exist on that Record Name
3. Go to Smart HR Template -Template Section for for Section ID: Name_01_ENG (Navigation: Set Up HCM> Workforce Administration> Smart HR Template> Template Section)
4. Add Field button is grayed out.
