Getting error when prompt Supplier Id on View Registration History page:

"There are no prompt values currently available for this field (4,4)"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Go to Suppliers > Supplier Registration > View Registration History
The default Request type is 'Register New Suppliers'
When prompt Supplier id field getting the error: "There are no prompt values currently available for this field (4,4)"
