No Warning Message When Pressing on Check Out Button on The Requisition Special Requisition Page With Information in the Page (Doc ID 2991601.1)

Symptoms

Application is generating a warning message to save changes when pressing on the cart icon from the special request page however user is not actually losing their information since they are still in the same page however when pressing on the checkout button from the special request page there is no warning message to save the changes however at this point users will lose their information.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to eProcurement > Create requisition and create a new requisition
2. Enter a special request item information then press on the cart icon.
3. System will generate a warning message to warn the users to save their changes however the information remains on the page so there is no need for this message.
4. Now add another special request item and press on the checkout button.
5. System will take user directly to the checkout page without any warning to save their special request information.
