System is not automatically updating the contract remaining amount when updating the contract Max amount while that contract has “Category Released Amounts” and “Open Item Released Amounts” Checked


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to :Procurement Contracts > Add/Update Contracts.
2. Find a contract that has Category Released Amounts” and “Open Item Released Amounts”.
3. Change contract to open.
4. Increase or decrease the contract max amount.
5. Notice that the contract remaining amount is not getting correctly updated.
