Unable to retire non-financial assets using Upload spreadsheet / Disposal Worksheet. It gives an error message that the accounting period is not open where as there is no need to have the ledger for non-financial assets.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an AM business unit with no book and no corresponding GL BU for non-financial assets. (SetUp Financials / Supply Chain - Business Unit Related - Asset Management - Asset Management Definition)
2. Create an asset for the above BU. (Asset Management - Asset Transactions - Owned Assets - Basic Add)
3. On the disposal work sheet page (Asset Management - Asset Transactions - Asset Disposal - Disposal Worksheet), try retiring the asset. it gives an error that the accounting period is not open.
4. On the upload worksheet page (Asset Management - Send/receive Information - Import Data via Spreadsheet - Upload Spreadsheet Data). It gives an error that the accounting period is not open.
