Error-'Reference Not Found' Shows up on Procurement card(Pcard) Reconcilation Attachment Page When an attachment from one of the reconciled lines for a pcard transaction is Deleted. (Doc ID 2991646.1)

Symptoms

Below error message shows  up on Pcard reconcilation  page after deleting attachment from one of the reconciled lines for a pcard transaction.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open a Pcard transaction and create a comment and attachment by clicking bubble on transaction line .Navigation:  Purchasing > Procurement Cards > Reconcile > Reconcile PCard Statement.
2. Reconcile transaction with an Approved PO with multiple PO lines.
3. Comment and Attachment created in Step#1 is replicated to new Pcard lines after reconciling with PO.
4. Delete  attachment  on one of the Pcard transaction lines.
5. Save the Pcard transaction.
6. Re-enter the Pcard reconciliation page and click on the comments bubble for all lines other than the line# used in step#4.
7. The attachment reference on the other Pcard split lines is lost.
8. User sees ‘Reference Not Found’ for the attachment name in all the other Pcard split lines.
