Creating a PO With a PO Contract, the LAST_DTTM_UPDATE Field, in CNTRCT_HDR Is Not Being Updated (Doc ID 2991821.1)

Symptoms

Creating a purchase order against a PO contract, the, LAST_DTTM_UPDATE, field in CNTRCT_HDR, is not being updated.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new PO Contract  (Main Menu-->Procurement Contracts)
2. Add an adhoc item, Select Amount Only flag
3. Save the Contract.
4. Query PS_CNTRCT_HDR for our contract
5. Make note of the LAST_DDTM_UPDATE
6. Create a new PO (Main Menu--Purchasing-->Purchase Orders-->Add/Update POs)
7. Click on Copy From and select Contract
8. Enter our contract and click Search
9. Select our contract and click OK
10. Save the PO
11. Click on Contract Tab
12. Our contract is present
13. Query Query PS_CNTRCT_HDR for our contract
14. Note that the LAST_DDTM_UPDATE did not update to reflect the creation of the PO from the Contract
