Symptoms

On Fluid Page My Receipts Cancel Icon Does Not Work.

When navigating to eProcurement > My Receipts, the Red "X" icon does not do anything. Clicking on the red "X" to cancel a receipt does not work.

But when clicking in to "Edit Receipt" allows you to cancel receipt lines.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to eProcurement tile > My receipts tile
2. Select the Red X. Nothing happens
