Symptoms
The Proxy can approve their own time and absence using fluid Approval tile when Configure Delegation Transaction has Delegation Option – Include Delegator selected.
Steps to replicate:
1.Configure Delegation Transaction – Navigation: Enterprise Components >Delegation Transaction > Transaction Name = TL_SRCH_APPRV_GRP
a. Insert a new row effective date .
b. Under Delegation Options – select Include Delegator.
2.Manager creates a delegation request.
3.Proxy accepts delegation.
4.Proxy reports time for same day as the effective date in step 1.
5.Time Admin is run to create payable time.
6.Proxy navigates to approval tile.
7.Proxy selects their own payable time in the list and drills down.
8.Proxy selects a day to approve and approves it.
9.Time is approved.
