EGL:9.2 Negative Perentance Is Not Allowed On The Accounting Tag (Doc ID 2991875.1)

Symptoms

 

The below error occurs when creating a negative Percent On Accounting Tag

ERROR

Please do not enter distribution line with negative percentage. (5000,415) The Balanced percentage has not been enabled for this Accounting Tag. Please do not enter distribution line with negative percentage.

 

Steps To Reproduce

1)Navigate to Main Menu --> Set Up Financials/Supply Chain --> Common Definitions --> Design ChartFields --> Accounting Tags --> Accounting Tags

2) Create a new Accounting Tag with Multiple Line Accounting Line Type and provide a negative percent on the ChartField Distributions line on the Accounting Tag setup.
