Reversals are not budget checked or posted when posted from GL Workcenter
Steps To Replicate
1. Click Fluid GL WorkCenter tile.
2. Click the ‘Journals Ready for Post’ pagelet.
3. Select the journals to be posted.
4. Click Action (on top) and "Post Journal"
