Fluid ePro Requisition distribution is not calculating % to make 100% when add item with qty as 7 with 3 distribution lines quantity 3,2 and 2.

Getting error:
Total Percentage on line 1, schedule 1 (99.9999) is not equal to 100%.
The total distribution percentage of all distribution lines should be 100% for a given schedule when distribute by amount.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Create Requisition tile. Add item with qty as 7.
2. Add 3 distributions, split qty as 3,2 and 2 (=7), it calculates % as 42.8571, 28.5714 and 28.5714 = (99.9999) which is not 100
3. When click on Done it generates error message
