Symptoms
Invalid grid column name ACTL_SOURCE_CD Error for Time entry task in My Inspections Tile in Fluid mobile technician homepage.
Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login to Fluid and navigate to Mobile Technician Homepage.
2) Click My Inspections Tile on the page,
3) Select any inspection in the row set
4) Select the Time Entry task in the Activity Guide from the page to display the above error.
